
I'm bringing Vegan MoFo 2011 to an triumphant end with a dinner of the tempeh and white bean sausage patties from 'Vegan With a Vengeance' on home-made burger buns (I used
this recipe, reducing it to make 4 buns and using half white/half brown flour) with coleslaw and spicy-fried potatoes. And lots of ketchup and vinegar!
