Breakfast was Fronch toast, recipe from 'Vegan With A Vengeance', also available on
theppk. I never tried French toast before going vegan, so I can't say how close it is to the eggy version, but it's pretty delicious! I enjoyed it with some Sweet Freedom vegan honey, a smidge of raspberry jam and a green smoothie (kale, frozen banana, multi-vitamin juice)
