Throw some rice and millet into a pot, cover it with water and let it boil for a while.
Throw in on top some frozen beans, let it boil for another bit.
When the beans are de-frosted, throw in the kale until it's wilted.
Drain, cover in some sort of sauce or seasoning and you have yourself a really quick, easy meal that pretty much makes itself.
I like it with tahini, a pinch of salt and some vinegar.
It's almost too tasty for how simple it is!
