All two of my readers (joke) will know that I returned home a few months ago after living in Barcelona (vegan heaven ♥) for 9 months.
My favourite restaurant there is a deli takeaway called Gopal which did the most amaaazing vegan burgers, some of which were Fry's brand.
I miss Gopal terribly, their home-made bread and sauces are unbeatable! However, while I'm currently far away from Barcelona in cold, wet Dublin, at least I can get Fry's burgers! At €4.75 for a box of four, the chicken-style burgers are definitely an occasional treat, but doesn't absence make the heart grow fonder?
Yummy chicken-style burger sandwich on multi-grain bread with ketchup, Kelkin vegan mayo, tomato slices, grated carrot and fried kale, onion and mushroom.
