Vegan MoFo: Blueberry-vanilla-cashew smoothie



Alpro vanilla soya milk is by far my favourite plant milk. It's the only plant milk that I'll drink straight, it's sweet and indulgent, but you can well justify treating yourself to the entire carton as it's fortified with vitamin D, B12 and calcium! It can also be a pretty great addition to baking and smoothies.


Frozen blueberries, cashew butter and vanilla milk combine to make a gorgeous, bright purple smoothie!

    TWG, I've seen cashew butter in most health food shops, unfortunately in small jars that cost more than a regular jar of peanut butter, but I like it as an occasional thing. You could also try making your own by roasting some nuts and blending them in a really good food processor with some oil.
