I love ramen noodles- cheap, expensive, authentic, inauthentic, I don't care as long as they're vegan and umami-y! I saw online somewhere recently that Lidl do a range of cheap vegan "meat" flavoured ramen noodles, so of course I had to give them a go!
Lidl chicken-flavour ramen noodles / leftover roasted vegetables / I need a bigger bowl!
I haven't tried all of the flavours yet, just the chicken. I can't say how much it actually tastes like chicken, but I really liked it and felt like I definitely my €0.20 worth!
These lidl noodles are my husband's favourite - it's great that they're all vegan! The prawn ones have a nice kick to them.
