Vegan MoFo 2016 #23: Stir fry with hijiki tofu, mixed nuts and udon noodles


This was a nice weekend evening, non-hurried meal, where I had time to think and freestyle. A frozen stir-fry mix, extra kale, Clearspot seaweed tofu, nuts and seeds from the H&B "utter protein nutter" mix and udon noodles, covered in a sauce made from sriracha, soya sauce and Healthy Boy mushroom sauce. So savoury and delicious!
