Vegan MoFo 2016 #20: M&S iced bun

I found an accidentally vegan iced bun in Marks and Spencers, and had it in Starbucks with a lovely cup of earl grey. 

I wouldn't normally go for an iced bun, but it was really nice, soft, sweet, bready, with nice dried fruit and icing that wasn't too dry. It tasted surprisingly fresh for something plastic-wrapped. 

M&S has a few nice vegan options, but alot of their vegetarian items have unecessary dairy or honey, so there is lots of scope for expansion of their vegan range.
