Thanks guys! Yeah the pies are much easier to cut into when they're upside down! Also I tend to cook two pies at a time as they come in packets of two and while I have the oven on for that long I may as well. Hence why a whole pie is considered leftovers!
Ha, I always serve my Linda Mac pies upside down too!
