A packed lunch that I made to bring to the Festival Of World Cultures

Yesterday I decided to go down to the festival of world cultures in Dun Laoighre.
I wasn't sure what the food situation would be like, and I'm broke, so I decided to bring my own lunch.
I'll be going back to college soon and I'm trying to get some decent packed lunch recipes together. I've been making lunches (with mixed results) since I've started college last year but I've definitely learned more about making lunches in the last year! My plan is to buy a cooler bag and go mad with lunch making! If only I could make something as aesthetic as these!

My lunch (l to r): Potato salad, mixed nuts and raisins, spicy tofu nuggets (with ketchup for dipping below), Nairns biscuits and lightly boiled vegetables (which I added humous to).

The lunch was good but it could have done with a cooler bag, and the boiled veg got really watery and mixed with the humous to make a watery mess! In future I'll stick to grilled/roasted veg and a separate container of sauce!
I don't take alot of food photographs so forgive the sub-par photography!
The festival itself was quite good, there was alot of steel drumming, Indian music and falafel!
There seemed to be some vegan food options (which I didn't avail of as they were a bit expensive), mainly falafel stands but there was also other Middle Eastern, Indian, Ethiopian and other Asian food stalls with what seemed to be vegan (labeled as vegetarian) options.
Not so good were the German and French stalls, they seemed to be mainly croissants and bratwurst!
There was also an organic fruit and veg stall, I bought and ate an entire punnet of blueberries, by the end my fingernails were purple!
