I was in the giant Tesco in Bray the day before yesterday and I came across the holy grail of vegetables.. KALE!I absolutely love kale but its surprisingly difficult to get considering its a vegetable that's grown here. I don't know why that is, but its not important, I found kale! Nerdily excited in the supermarket I bought two big bags of it and delightfully brought them back home to my own county to cut up and freeze. Now I have two bags of delightful kale in my freezer, all conveniently in small pieces ready to be added to whatever needs kale. Which is everything really..
