As I said, I like to cook, but as I also said, I'm a student; the two tend not to go together! Most of the time what I cook are very simple things. I've been a vegan for just over a year and in that year I've learned almost everything I know about cooking! I love reading through cookbooks and dreaming about what could be. I love reading blogs, admiring the pictures and wishing what I made looked that pretty! I don't take alot of pictures, my camera never has batteries, and I tend to like to eat my dinner as opposed to photograph it!
