Booja Booja cashew nut ice-cream

Today I also ventured into non-soy based vegan ice cream. I bought a little tub of 'Hunky Punky' chocolate cashew nut ice cream in Blazing Salads. I got the chocolate purely because it was the only small tub.A tad bit pricey at €2.55 but definitely worth it, it was beautiful and is made of only 4 ingredients; Water, agave, cashews and cocoa powder. I'm tempted to try and make something similar at home! Mmmmm...
