During the week the Amazon fairy sent me 'Garden Of Vegan' and 'Vegan Freak', the latter I'm in the middle of reading.
I love 'Garden of Vegan'!
I've already made a few things out of it, including Spicy Szechuan Noodles (p152) and the Raspberry Fig Breakfast bars (p47, picture below), both of which were delicious, thanks again Sarah and Tanya!
I've also recently discovered polenta, where has it been all these years!
Its not a particularly common thing in Ireland, we're more of a potato-based people. I got it in one of the big Asian supermarkets in Dublin on Thursday, and in the last three days have eaten it twice. Its really easy to make and is delicious with roast vegetables!
