I don't bake very often but I've been eyeing up a recipe in 'Vegan With A Vengeance' for a while, the Mocha Chip muffins (p57), but I detest coffee so they were chocolate chip muffins!

Post-Poetry Muffins: Mocha chip muffins from VWAV
After hours studying complicated French poetry, there was only one thing I needed, chocolate and lots of it!
