Tofutti cream cheese and Marmite sandwich, veggie loaf and sprouting basil

This week I tried two new spreads, both of which I tried when I first went vegan and disliked but have found a new appreciation for!
Toffuti cream cheese and Marmite.
The cream cheese I think is a bit too sweet but it has its uses, but Marmite I've really taken to. The key to Marmite is to use it sparingly!
Its great on hot toast mixed in with butter but it also goes surprisingly well with the cream cheese!
On one of the forums I saw a suggestion for avocado, cream cheese and Marmite sandwich. Curiosity and means lead to me trying this strange concoction for myself. I must say, it is a mighty good sandwich! I think it'd also be pretty good with hummus.

Also today spare time lead me once again to the Magic Loaf Studio.
The loaf I made comprised of various other ingredients I had lying around, pretty much the same one I made the last time. It was really tasty, these loaves make really good sandwich fillings or dinners or just snacks when smothered in ketchup and eaten alone.
The loaf turned out well but it I was a bit violent trying to get it out of the loaf tin and it fell apart.
I bought basil seeds a couple of weeks ago with the hopes that I could create a pesto-making empire! They're growing up fast, like small seedling children!

As an aside, before I get any comments I'm aware that Marmite is made by Unilever, a horrible company that tests on animals. While I genuinely try my best not to support exploitative companies with my money I don't have the funds or the privilege to buy everything I use from exclusively vegan companies. Its not ideal but I have to live in the real world.
