Just a note about soya milk here in Spain- I've noticed that most brands found in supermarkets that have vitamin D don't disclose whether they contain D2 or D3. I assume that D3 is the default unless told otherwise, hence why my default soya milk is unfortified. The Consum vanilla soya milk is B12 and calcium but no vitamin D so I get that as a treat and for baking/coffee. I like the Consum own-brand because it is cheap (unsweetened is €0.92 a litre, the vanilla is €1.17 a litre) and really nice but sweetened and vanilla Alpro (€1.40-60 a litre) are also available in supermarkets and El Corte Inglés.
