Sunday Morning Pancakes

There's nothing quite like having pancakes for breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning!

I used the PPK pancake recipe, I followed the recipe exactly except that I used cornflour instead of flax/linseeds because I don't have any (my high-powered seed-blending wonder-blender is at home in Ireland so I have nothing to grind seeds with!).
