Yes I bought a Spanish vegan cookbook! When I saw it in the FNAC I couldn't resist, it's a beautiful book with lots of pictures and cute little illustrations. It has a very high production value for a vegan cookbook, with glossy pages, photos with every recipe and just generally bright, colourful pictures of vegetables, cake and the author Toni Rodríguez (the proprietor of the amazing vegan bakery Lujuria Vegana). I haven't made anything out of it yet but I like reading it to improve my culinary Spanish, and looking at the pretty pictures!
