Kimchi is a spicy Korean vegetable garnish often used to accompany rice. I found a fish-free jar of it in an Asian shop in the city for €2 something and I've now taken quite a shine to it. I also recommend using it in a less traditional manner on a bread roll with houmous.. nom nom nom kimchi!
I linked over here from Declan on FaceBook and have been enjoying reading your back posts. I'll add you to my blog roll, so that I can follow you regularly. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the list in the previous post! So good!
We like to have our first pancake with marg, baked beans and fried mushrooms and our second one with marg and maple syrup. That's our tradition! :)
