Blue corn flour



When I saw the blue corn flour in El Corte Inglés, I just couldn't resist- it's blue!! I don't know much about Mexican food so I just followed the instructions on the side of the packet, to mix equal amounts of flour and warm water and then shape into rounds and fry. I'm not sure what I ended up with but I know that it was delicious! Somewhere between a thick pancake and polenta, it was well tasty with some refried beans, houmous and avocado.

  2. Haha, thanks, even though it's blue! It takes a minute to adjust to the fact that you're eating something naturally blue that isn't mouldy! :P
