Redwoods vegan rashers, cheddar Cheezly, Spelt Bars, cherry yoghurt and my basil plant

I'm not a hug fan of vegan meats, I'd say I occasionally dabble, but working in the health food shop and watching the fridge all day convinced me to try something I've been curious about for a while- vegan rashers.
I don't have any particular longing for rashers but as always my curiosity got the better of me! I tried two of them yesterday with some brown sauce and polenta, to my surprise they were actually quite nice!
They crisp up nicely but don't have that horrible leathery texture I associate with rashers.

I also bought some cheddar Cheezly (I've tried the mozzarella before) with the intention of making pizza. I make pitta pizzas alot but I've been longing for a proper take-away-pizza-style pizza for a while.
When I get the time I'm going to make one from scratch seeing as pizza places haven't the fainest clue how to make a cheese-free pizza.

I got these in the Runner Bean, they're snack bars, similar to a Fig Roll or Nutrigrain bar, but made from spelt. I like them, compared to a Nutrigrain bar (I haven't had one in years but I ate enough of them to remember!) they're quite hearty. They're not as sweet but they're more filling. Also they're really handy for chucking in the bottom of my lunchbox.

I only recently discovered the joys of cherry flavoured yogurt, its amazing with some nuts and chocolate chips thrown in! I wish they made a four pack of them instead of making them share with blueberry, or even one of those big tubs.

My basil plants are coming along nicely, they got too big for the Swedish Glace container so I had to re-pot them. They seem to be recovering from the initial shock of me clumsily re-homing them!
