A simple sushi with delicious roasted red pepper and avocado.
My sushi making skills leave much to be desired, I've had a few disasters in the past but these turned out somewhat presentably.

So impressive! I have never ever made sushi... ever. I do want to make some for a future Japan post though, and you have inspired me to not be such a wimp and go for it. :)
