Nutritional Yeast on Garlic Bread

I finally bought some nutritional yeast yesterday, much more health shops seem to be selling it now, I looked for it a few months ago and found it difficult to locate. Maybe it was hiding, I don't know.
Aaaaanyway.. I was trawling around the various shopfronts and boudoirs of the internet trying to figure out what to do with the stuff. I came across the ingenius suggestion to put it on garlic bread. Garlic bread was always a big thing in my house, my brother and I love it. Since going vegan I haven't made it that often but its so easy to make. I just looked at the ingredients on the little tub of garlic butter in the fridge and replicated it. Soya butter, some garlic purée and a little bit of parsley mixed together vaguely, perfect! The nutritional yeast scared me a little, I wasn't sure if it was going to stay in its flaky, fish food-esque form or magically transform.

I was delighted when I saw the yeast melt nicely into the butter as it cooked away under the grill. It even turned out a nice, golden yellow and tasted delightfully reminiscent of cheesy garlic bread. I put it on a brown roll to try and make it a little healthier, (and also I prefer the brown demi-baguettes)
