Here is a round-up of what I ate today. Sorry for the bad lighting and excessive flash!

9 bar breakfast bar and a container of chopped figs and toasted, flaked almonds
Wholemeal pasta w/steamed kale and sunflower mac sauce from Isa Does It.
To be honest, I wasn't mad on the sauce, but then I didn't include the carrot that is listed in the recipe, which I think would have made a difference to the taste. To me it tasted like really strong tahini, edible but not my first choice of sauce. I am willing to experiment with more sunflower seed-based sauces as I like sunflower seeds and they are cheaper than cashews.
