Just to prove that I do cook sometimes, here is a less-than-photographic red lentil dahl I made for dinner this evening. I followed a recipe and everything! Well mostly. I made this recipe from the Viva Recipe club website, and added a garlic and herb stock cube to the lentils. I had it with some brown rice and a pinch of nutritional yeast. Simple but delicious, and enough leftover for lunch tomorrow.
My new lunch box, technically a breakfast bowl but it is purple and portable so it's perfect!
The nutritional yeast package's suggested uses include adding to water, milk, fruit juice or breakfast cereal... would love to know if anyone has actually done that and if they enjoyed it!
