I found liquid smoke in Fallon and Byrne in Dublin city centre!
Since I got my first vegan cookbooks over six years ago I have been keeping an eye out for the mysterious, omni-present ingredient known as liquid smoke and I finally found it!
I also bought these flavoured vegan stock cubes from Kallo, and have used them as an easy way to add flavour to soup and grains. I used the tomato stock, liquid smoke and some vegan worchestershire sauce to make a marinate for some tempeh bacon-style strips.
I'm excited you found liquid smoke, it's so great.
