This is not an entirely vegan app, but it is easy to search for vegan recipes and there are over 350 to choose from. I haven't tried any of the recipes but the app is free, has a wide variety of recipes and a nice colourful layout. I have the Android version, but it's available for Iphone too. Further info here.
