Mercadona is my favourite supermarket here in Barcelona simply because it tends to turn up unexpected things. I saw tofu in the cheese fridge and it is the only supermarket I have come across that has an own-brand houmous (plain, roasted red pepper and olive).
They also have delicious soya ice-cream, although I will never forgive them for discontinuing their three-pack of soya ice-cream tubs :(
