Lunch composed of different elements from the all-vegan salad bar at Blazing Salads. Blazing Salads is a vegetarian, whole-foods take-away and deli in Dublin city centre. Very health-foody but sometimes that is exactly what you want. I usually get salad but they also do hot food, take-away meals, soups, breads, sandwiches and desserts (not all vegan).
The owners are also the authors of two cookbooks, one of which I have and may do a review of in the future (I'm not really using my cookbooks at the moment).
