Split pea and tempeh Tikka with basmati rice.
Not pictured is the massive dollop of houmous that I put on it to balance out the heat... I may have mixed up korma and tikka and expected a much milder curry! I love tempeh in curry, it has a hearty texture which holds up well in a simmered curry.
Oh dear, this is exactly what I want for tea now! Completely agree that tempeh is great in curries.
