There are several things going on at once so maybe I'm getting a bit confused!
I hope everyone had a good Hallowe'en and is enjoying being a wonderful, fantastic vegan on World Vegan Day! Also, whilst I won't be participating this year I am looking forward to the plethora of food pornography that Vegan MoFo will bring! It's like food-porn Christmas!
My Hallowe'en consisted of making humourous pumpkin faces and eating chocolate apples and waaay too much vegan braic! I'm a bit upset that we didn't get to make colcannon but I did get the ring in the braic so I was well pleased! Apart from the food (which is pretty easy to veganise) I'm generally not a Hallowe'en fan. In Ireland it's a bit heavy on the fireworks and bonfires but here it's significantly less horrible and dangerous! Me being the child that I am, I did dress up, I was Leela from Futurama! |
