Adobo Chillis

Today I learned that chillis in adobo sauce are delicious but muy spicy. Do not try the sauce straight from tin like I did!
They add a nice spicy smokiness to home-made refried beans.



Spicy beans and rice, with some houmous and avocado. ¡Muy delicioso!
My clear-out challenge is going well, all I've bought this week have been fruit and vegetables, no random sauces or stuff on offer from Lidl.
We'll see how long it takes until the cupboard's bare again!
