Sweet William vegan white chocolate

I found this stuff over the weekend in El Corte Inglés. It's a full bar of white chocolate from the company that does the white chocolate buttons!
I was almost afraid to try it, simply because I had such high expectations of it but I am eating some right now and it is amazing!
I don't see why everywhere isn't selling this!
It's so hard to get, even in Ireland I've never seen the bars and only one or two places sell the buttons.
Imagine my shock when I saw it here!
Although if you're ever in Spain, El Corte Inglés is really good for health-foody stuff and imported products. It only cost about €2.60 for the bar, which is quite reasonable considering how rare and wonderful it is.

I would make some sort of comment such as 'OMG you would never believe this is vegan!!!' but I don't really like to perpetuate the idea of the food we eat being inferior. I hate that 'vegan food' is put into a little niche. This chocolate tastes amazing, it shouldn't just be reserved for those who don't consume dairy.

  1. I tried some "Organica" vegan white chocolate and it was so amazing! Absolutely spot on. The boyfriend couldn't believe it was vegan! It's a shame white choccie is so hard to get hold of in Ireland :( You'll have to stock up on some bars when you come home!!

  2. I've tried the Organica chocolate, it's nice but I think the Sweet William stuff is much better, it tastes much more like white chocolate. Have you ever has the buttons? They sell them in Health Matters on Grafton street. Maybe other shops have started stocking them since I left but that where I used to get mine.
