For me pancake Tuesday starts the weekend before!
These fluffy pancakes were enjoyed with Sweet Freedom choc shot syrup and Nature's Charm coconut salted caramel sauce.
The salted caramel sauce is new, I had seen it online and was delighted to find it in the Asian market on Drury St in Dublin city centre. It is very coconutty but delicious (how can you go wrong with caramel really?)
