Yesterday I became reacquainted with these vegan Glamorgan sausages in BCN's UK import shop 'A Taste of Home'. Obviously as they are imported they were a bit more expensive than they are at home, but to me it is worth it as an occasional indulgence. While I do eat meat-style vegan burgers, I also love vegetable and bean burgers. These Glamorgan sausages are a potato-leek-breadcrumbed wonder! I also bought some potato waffles, just because I couldn't resist!
