Fun With Pitta Pizza and Ice Cream

Who can argue with good pizza?
My favourite way of making pizza is on wholemeal pitta bread. They're much easier than making pizza dough and just as tasty!
A layer of pesto, a layer of tomato sauce and then whatever vegetables you're in the mood for. My favourite pizza vegetable has to be butternut squash.
A strange choice, I know, but it really works!

I don't understand why pizza restaurants haven't picked up on how creative you can get with veggie pizza, its frustrating that people don't think outside the meat and cheese box. Vegans are a creative bunch yet so many pizza recipes I've found depend on soya cheese. Don't get me wrong, its okay but its really expensive, unhealthy and just unnecessary when you have a good pesto.

Also, last week I found one of the few supermarkets that sells Swedish Glace ice cream, I don't buy it very often but when I do I enjoy it!
All the flavours are great, but right now I'm loving Juicy Raspberry.
