Although I don't blog about it very often, I like to bake and I bake alot from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. The basic vanilla cupcakes and the chocolate cupcakes are my most frequently used recipes, and I have made many varieties of them. Today's batch are chocolate cupcakes and lemon drizzle cupcakes (a variety of the basic vanilla cupcakes). The chocolate cupcakes are iced with some vegan-friendly writing icing I found in Dealz, and the lemon drizzle cupcakes are covered in lemon icing (200g of icing sugar mixed with the juice of one lemon).
Mmm, those lemon drizzle cakes look lovely. I love lemon drizzle!
