I always forget how much I love tempeh! Whenever I find cheap tempeh in the Asian market I buy a couple of packets for the freezer. This was an easy stir-fry with tempeh and frozen vegetables from a stir-fry mix in a sauce made from soya sauce, sriracha and mushroom stir-fry sauce, served with white sushi rice.
I make a vegan chocolate cake for every family birthday. Nobody complains about chocolate! This was a two-layer chocolate cake made using the recipe from Isa and Terry's classic "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World", with chocolate buttercream icing and some colourful hundreds-and-thousands.
