I got hit by a nasty dose this week, so I've been a bit delicate. My week has been soup, oatcakes, tea and toast along with an arsenal of lemsip, strepsils and gaviscon!
★ Lemon and ginger tea and some Nairn's mixed berry oatcakes.
★ Some Avonmore "Feel-good" (ie dairy-free) tomato and basil soup. I have also been making simple red lentil and tomato soup by boiling red lentils in veg stock and passata, blending and adding some nutritional yeast at the end.
