Monday round-up 5: Green protein smoothie, pizza, ab&j biscuits


☆ Green protein smoothie. This variation of green smoothie has kale, spinach, orange juice, frozen banana,  frozen mango and Pulsin pea protein powder. It is so thick the straw stands up on its own! I am happy to report that the orange juice makes the protein powder much more palatable. I made enough for two small glasses at 116 calories per glass.


☆Wholemeal wrap pizza. This is a nice little personal pizza on a thick wholemeal wrap (more like a pitta) with low-fat bolognaise sauce (30g), Zest pesto (6g), Violife pizza cheese (15g) and mushrooms. It only came to 210 calories, which is great for such a delicious little pizza. Violife pizza cheese is not my favourite, it melts well and tastes nice but the texture is a little bit gluey. I prefer VBites for pizza. 



☆Almond butter and jam on a rich tea biscuit. This is a nice little snack with a cup of tea.
