Avomore is a dairy company which produces cow's milk, milk products and fresh soups which contain milk products. Not very vegan, so I was shocked to find that they have a new vegan vegetable and lentil soup.
I hate the fact that a vegan product is marketed as 'low fat' and 'light', but it is a delicious, thick soup that doesn't lack anything in taste. It tastes like the traditional vegetable soup I used to have when I was a kid. I have noticed that they tend to run low on it in my local Tesco, which I take as a good sign that it's not just observant vegans buying it. Lentils beat cow's milk any day! :)
