Juicy Jones roasted vegetable bocadillo

I usually bring lunch to work but one day last week I decided to get a sandwich from (all-vegan restaurant) Juicy Jones on C/Cardenal, as it is near to my office.
I have been to the Juicy Jones on C/Hospital to eat a couple of times but has only ever gotten a smoothie from the C/Cardenal restaurant.

On reading the menu I has decided on the tofu bocadillo (roll), but on that particular afternoon they had run out of tofu! So I got the Verde (roasted vegetable).
Juicy Jones is normally a bit health-foody for me (I am a big fan of Gopal!) but I have to admit that the roasted vegetable roll was delicious, with hearty wholemeal bread and gorgeous pesto and olive tapenade. At €3.95 it is reasonably priced for what you get, it definitely beats Subway!

However, I do have to say that the service was a bit slow even though it wasn't particularly busy. Normally I wouldn't mind but on a lunch-hour from work time is at a premium. They obviously don't really get an office crowd.
