I have made the chickpea scramble before, but for some unknown reason I don't make it frequently. I forgot to measure the ratio of chickpea flour to liquid to make the scramble, next time I will so that I can blog more specific instructions than 'mix until it looks right'. I seasoned my chickpea scramble with black salt, nutritional yeast and pepper, and cooked the mixture in the microwave on medium high for about 3 minutes before mashing it to get the scrambley texture.
