Lasagna




Lasagna is a pretty standard dish, so tasty, yet so simple. You can find a recipe for it anywhere. I used soya mince and mixed vegetables for the 'meat', used tinned bolognaise sauce and made a nutritional yeast & roasted garlic white sauce.
Once everything was layered together I topped it with Redwoods soya-free Cheezly and stuck it in the oven for 30 minutes.
