☆ Vegan full Irish breakfast with Moodley Manor sausages and rashers, enjoyed in an Air B'n'B on a bank holiday weekend. I liked the Moodley Manor meats, although I preferred the rashers to the sausages. The sausages are like the Dee's sausages, mushy filling in a sausage casing, a texture I'm not too fond of.
☆ Caffè Nero's new vegan sandwich. I was disappointed with the amount of coriander, to me it just tastes like soap. The falafel was quite bland, honestly I preferred their old falafel wrap. Why mess with a good falafel wrap (looking at you too, Starbucks)?
☆ A mixture of all the salads from Blazing Salads. Very wholefoody, nothing too wild or exciting, but yummy.
☆ Biona hazelnut waffles. I found these in the Runner Bean, a little bit expensive but nice for something different.
☆ Eat Real sour cream and chive quinoa crisps. All of the Eat Real crisps I have tried have been really nice, but the sour cream and chive are my favourite.
☆ Lazy Day Foods shortbread and crispie squares, found in Aldi. I really appreciate that these biscuits are a bit unusual, and that the effort has gone in to make them vegan and gluten free. The chocolate and caramel was great, but I found the biscuit part a bit stale.
