Lunch in Cocu, Dublin 2

A hot pot with tofu and a soya latte from Cocu. This was my first trip to Cocu, a mid-week lunchtime treat. The Chatham St branch is walking distance from work, lucky me! Cocu isn't entirely vegan, but is vegan friendly, one of those "healthy but delicious" fast food places which have been popping up lately. It's fantastic to see so many new vegan options in the city, vegan is really starting to become mainstream!

The hot pot was full of chickpeas, lentils and sweet potato, fairly standard but comforting and filling curry. A small bowl with extra tofu was only €5.50, which is pretty good for Dublin city centre prices. Also the service was pretty quick for lunchtime, which is always a bonus. I would definitely go back to try vegan versions (there is the option to swap meats for tofu) of their various bowls.
