Another fun souvenir from Australia was a box of Smooze coconut and banana ice pops. I've never seen them here in Ireland, but found them in the supermarket in Oz.
They are little ice pops made of coconut milk and fruit, which reminded me of cool pops as they are shelf-stable and are put in the freezer after you buy them. They taste like fruity ice cream but are pretty wholesome, a perfect little after-dinner snack.
When I run out I guess I'll have to go back to Australia to buy some (the banana ones don't seem to be available on Amazon) ;)
