Vegan naan bread from Vegan Eats World





I used to be able to buy vegan-friendly naan bread but then the brand changed their recipe to include milk. Boo hiss. So now if I want naan bread I have to make it. I like making bread, but it requires time and planning. I followed the recipe as per the book, except that I added some garlic sauce in with the yogurt instead of adding flavourings during the second knead. The recipe made 8 naan breads, so there are enough for a few days or for freezing. Making it again I would add more flavour, herbs, spices, garlic, as it was a bit bland despite the garlic sauce. I have been enjoying it with houmous and avocado, or dipped into soup.
