A make-shift tempeh and mushroom korma with brown basmati rice. The sauce was definitely edible but not fantastic, so I'm not going to share the recipe. There are plenty of korma recipes online. I love tempeh and mushrooms in curry though!
Reading Vegan Food magazine on my tablet. Great production value with lots of great recipes, interviews (Isa!), reviews, you'd never think it was free. Definitely looking forward to the next issue!
35c worth of green, seedless Seville olives (not sure if it is meant to be an individual serving...)
Consum own-brand vegetable soup, cheap, convenient and surprisingly good. Re-sealable, which always helps.
